※ According to the official announcement, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway will undergo annual check and be out of service from December 8 to 19, 2025. The itinerary will change to a ride on Ensoleille Pleasure Boat Kawaguchiko instead. If due to weather or other force majeure, Ensoleille Pleasure Boat Kawaguchiko is officially out of service, a partial refund will be issued and the time at other attractions will be extended

— What You Can Expect —

Embark on a day tour from central Tokyo to Mt. Fuji's 5th Station, surrounded by ancient forests and white clouds. Take a ride on the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway for breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Explore the natural springs of Oshino Hakkai Village, home to the eight "Oshino Hakkai" ponds, including the pristine water spring of Waku pond.

Immerse yourself in the village's scenic charm and indulge in local delights like roasted potato and toasted rice crackers.

If the road to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to unexpected weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary may be changed to areas around Mt. Fuji or Mt. Fuji Tourist Center

Children aged 5 and under can enter for free if they do not occupy a seat. However, they will not be provided with their own meals

The transfer vehicle will be assigned based on the number of travelers. If you are traveling with a large piece of luggage, please inquire in advance about the vehicle capacity

If the road to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to unexpected weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary may be changed to areas around Mt. Fuji or Mt. Fuji Tourist Center

A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring a coat

The provided itinerary includes an estimated arrival time, but traffic conditions are unpredictable. It's advisable not to schedule any activities for that evening

Local agency reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tour due to traffic, weather or other unforeseen conditions

Please note that the itinerary or the duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to factors such as traffic congestion or facility maintenance

If the road to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to unexpected weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary may be changed to Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja and Yamanashi Prefectural Fujisan World Heritage Center

Refunds will not be granted to travelers who do not wish to attend all the attractions on the itinerary

Traveloka does not offer refunds for missed tours due to late arrival, and the itinerary cannot be rearranged

Please note that this tour offers Chinese, Japanese, and English services. You can request an English-speaking guide in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking, but this service is not guaranteed. If no special requests are made, a Chinese-speaking guide will be provided

Additional fees will apply for meals for children under age 6. Please inform the tour guide and pay on-site

If children under the age of 6 need to occupy a seat, please purchase a child ticket

Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway cannot be reserved in advance and requires queuing on site. If the Fuji Panorama Ropeway is temporarily suspended due to weather conditions announced by the authority, or if the subsequent itinerary may be significantly delayed due to queuing, Ensoleille Pleasure Boat Kawaguchiko will be arranged instead

Vehicles are assigned based on group size. For smaller groups, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full tour services without an additional team leader

Please note that the best viewing period for flowers or red leaves may be affected by weather conditions. The trip will not be suspended or refunded due to this

Due to the large number of people during the flower season/maple viewing season, there may be serious traffic jams, so it is recommended to bring light food.

The weather conditions will slightly affect the flower viewing period or maple viewing period. Please note that after the tour is confirmed, the tour will depart regardless of the flower/foliage situation

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors like weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on actual expenses incurred. However, return transportation, local accommodation, and other additional costs will be at the travelers' expense

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate

During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour

If you need to leave the group during the tour, please notify the tour leader of your intended departure location on the day of the tour. After signing the voluntary departure agreement provided by the tour leader, you may leave the group at the designated location

Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding

During the period of December 8-19, 2025, the Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway will be out of service due to official annual maintenance. The activity will be changed to a ride on the Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat “Appare”. If the Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat “Appare” is out of service due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund will be given, and the time spent at other attractions will be extended.

From Nov 1 to Nov 23, during the autumn foliage season, the itinerary will skip Oishi Park and visit the Lake Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor instead.

It was a totally great experience. The chosen destinations were great. The lunch provided was also great, very delicious. The tour guide really explained every detail about the destinations, even including about the locations of the restroom and the recommended food there. The tour guide even took each family's photo in certain spots.

Myself , Hubby and sons travelled to Mt. Fuji on Sunday, 5th May 2024 . I booked through Traveloka from Australia. Jenny was exceptional with all the lingo's , she was so quick and accomodates to all kinds of people. Her voice was so soothing to hear in all languages . Food was simply superb !
